Commercial Lines Program CSR
We are currently interviewing for a Commercial Lines Program C S R with a minimum of one years experience in Commercial Lines Property Casualty with an insurance brokerage, must be RIBO licensed.
Key Job Responsibilities
Servicing of a Commercial Lines book of business in the Program unit of the brokerage, including new business loading/servicing, renewal handling, incoming client phone calls, claims handling, receivable collections.
Follow and adhere to the brokerages guidelines/procedures; to maintain rapport with clients and Company underwriters; to develop existing accounts; to work with Producers in the retention and development of the book of business.
Work closely with the Program CSR and manager to continue the development of the Program Unit.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of Commercial Lines experience in an insurance brokerage
- Currently taking CIP courses and Career oriented
- Preference definitely given to Mohawk grads of the insurance program
- Computer skills (knowledge of Word and Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
- Able to work independently, within guidelines.
